Emporium stated that "This injury wasn't life threatening, so we won't pay out". This clause is hidden somewhere in there multiple pages of policy terms.

But, when your cat is injured, in pain, and needs care then you might expect that your pet insurance would cover it. In the case of Emporium, you'd be wrong - they won't.
