Many pets have been fab recently they combined our cat and dog insurance on to one policy going out the same day every month rather than 2 policies with 2 different payment dates. The caller farai was very friendly and helpful even saved us some money! Totally recommend. I’ve fortunately never had to claim touch wood so I don’t know much about that part
