I had insured my last horse with Perplan. When she died they refused to pay out, having taken 3 figure monthly premiums for as long as I owned her. Their excuse was spurious And I had insured with them for a long time with other pets /horses- they have no idea/concept of customer loyalty. I wish I had gone elsewhere for insurance. Hard lesson learned.
