I have never had pet insurance nor made a claim before so was nervous about this - I submitted my claim at 1600 on Wednesday and the money was in my account by 0900 on Thursday! I was hugely impressed and very relieved as things are very difficult financially at the moment. It has given me real trust in Manypets and I would highly recommend them. Every time I've rung and spoken to them they have been very helpful.
