I've just been left with a £5600 vets bill because a visit to the vet 3 years ago "may possibly " have been releated. What really galls is that I didn't claim for the visit 3 years ago. Save the money you would have paid to direct line and just burn it. It cuts put the middle man and at least you'll be warm!
