I have been blown away by the level of service from Many Pets (formerly Bought By Many). My initial claim was dealt with and paid within about 4 hours and my ongoing claims have been easy to submit. The wonderful staff answered all of my questions and helped me with everything I needed. I can't praise the people and the service highly enough. This is very rare these days and an absolute delight to be on the receiving end of!
