I was walking my dog last weekend and she started yelping and shaking her head side to side. i didnt know what to do so i rang my vets and within an hour she was seen and was treated. i made payment and filled out a small form and we went happily on our way. I rang the insurance company with the details the vets gave me and within a couple of mins it had been processed and the following day an email was sent to me saying payment was on its way. Very happy for me and my dog.
