Honestly can’t thank many pets enough. Everything has been a breeze at what was a very scary time for our fur babies. Both of our cats needed huge life saving kidney operations this year and honestly is it wasn’t for many pets we would have lost them. the direct claim process is really easy and they took the financial stress away at a really worrying time. I can’t thank them enough and I’m so glad the Insureance cover amount has been enough that we’ve not had to stop treatment at all. I recommend many pets to everyone!
