It is so simple to make a claim and they respond incredibly quick. I put in a claim and within 4 hours they had paid the claim back, an amazing service.

Their customer service is first class too. They are really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

I would never consider another pet insurer as Many Pets really are first class.
