Don’t normally leave reviews but Many Pets have been absolutely terrible. Would give 0 ⭐️ if we could.

We are currently owed £3.5k by them nearly three months since we paid for our pups care for HGE.

Despite having sent numerous emails (the first being sent on the 16th October) and called numerous times and made complaints it’s still not been paid out and it was only when we said we’d be seeking legal advice that they escalated it to the manager.

We’d paid for full life time cover and have been left £3.5k out of pocket for 11 weeks now. It unfortunately seems we’re not the only one, having posted for advice online we’ve been inundated with people saying they have had the same issues. With one lady now waiting since May for her claim to be reimbursed and another waiting 14 weeks.

Seems for small claims there quick and efficient but for larger claims they move the goal post and find any excuse to delay paying out. Our initial Claim was made on September 5th and we were given a 4-6 window of time for it to be paid. When we emails chasing it this was changed to 6-8 weeks a time frame that we are now over.
