Fail to paid out on a claim of
£1064 hospital bill
£339.00 vets bill .

We have insurance for our dog with animals friends insurance for the last 11 years , we was on the understanding that the Policy was a lifetime policy and which animal friends have taken the direct debit from my bank every month , approx £30.00 per month .for the last 11 years we have never claimed on this policy .
We made a claim however we were told our dog was not covered,
But be very careful with this company as they will try to get out of paying a clam out .
And they will change your policy to suit there explanation.
For example: I had asked for our policy to be email to us , on the policy there was no exclusions , however now when we put a clam in ( that they refused to pay out on ) they have back dated a heart exclusions to the policy.
I have since complained to animal friends but to no avail so Will now dealing with the ombudsman.
