Had cause to contact Many Pets recently to correct some issues recorded on my online account (my fault ) and also seek some advice and guidance with initiating a claim for my dog, Oscar. Spoke to Ella and Hanna? who could not have been more helpful. They were clear in their explanations of issues and were courteous and efficient and professional at all times . I was particularly impressed with their patience and understanding in taking the time to ensure I understood everything. Both were a credit to Many Pets and the experience gave me reassurance that my dog would be well supported .
