Took my 4 year old Cocker spaniel to the vet after finding a lump on his back paw.Vet recommended an operation to remove under general anaesthetic which was carried out 3 days later...turned out to be harmless.

Claimed for £460 in August 2022 and as of November 2022 claim has still not be dealt with.

have called twice to be told claim is being processed after spending over 30 minutes each time waiting to be connected.

Phone again and received exactly the same response as last time stating that they apologise for the delay and will try to get it moved on as soon as possible.

Was previously with Petplan and their service was excellent. Was swayed by cheaper premiums much to my regret,

Totally unimpressed and now shopping around for another provider!!!
