I don't usually bother with reviews but I've been so impressed with Many Pets. I took my cat to the vet on Wednesday, he needed a bunch of tests and overnight hospitalization. The bill came to £1500. The vet said it usually takes up to 8 weeks to be paid back by insurance, and that's quite a lot to pay out and only get back in 8 weeks. So I claimed online the next day, which was very simple and quick. (Great user journey). I was astonished to find the exact amount back in my bank account two days later! No phone calls, no drama, just immediate payback. Absolutely delighted!
