I’ve been with many pets since Reg was a pup and have claimed for BOAS surgery, allergy testing and X-rays.
It was easy to initially set up and get a policy in place.
You can claim online using your account portal, upload pics of invoices and receipts etc. or call and speak to an advisor if you have any questions and get a claim started on the phone.

The longest I’ve had to wait for a pay out has been 3 weeks the quickest was 6 days!
The FREE video call with a vet service they provide with your policy is a fab feature and I utilised it a lot when Reg as a puppy due to the mischievous man he is.

The only thing that is a slight negative is that apparently this insurance company wont ‘pre-approve’ payment with the vets so I always have to pay it first myself and then claim back.
Other than this I am extremely happy
