I have 3 dogs insured with ManyPets. I've claimed once and that was completed in a matter of days. I am currently claiming for a different dog. Although this has taken some time, it is a more complicated situation. Talking to a ManyPets advisor has put things into prospective. This is a very busy company and therefore have a lot of customers. I'm satisfied that not all claims can be sorted as quick as my first. Brilliant company to deal with.
