Many Pets have been outstanding insurers for us, unfortunately we’ve had to claim a few times for our dog and all of the claims have been paid in less than 24hours.
Customer Service Advisers have been so friendly, helpful and patient. The dog is really for my son who is autistic and the policy is in his name, with me named on it to help him, but when they’ve had to speak to him they’ve been so patient and made him feel capable, which is a rare thing for him to experience usually other companies make him feel useless and ask to speak to me, so a big thumbs up to Many Pets for their handling of Special Needs.
