Sadly my beloved shih Tzu, Hamish, suffered a very sudden onset of paralysis of his back legs which tragically led to having to say goodbye to him. Tesco’s Pet insurers could not have been more helpful, understanding and sympathetic. I wish I had asked the lady’s name who was so lovely at a time that I was distraught. They covered all the vets fees (less the agreed excess) without question, quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future if I get another dog. Almost restores my faith in insurers, it’s good to know they’re not all b*******!!!
