Won't pay out on a claim as I had only had the policy for 13 days, but I had to cancel my existing policy and take out a new one to get a better price! My dog was urinating blood, we took him to the vet straight away, if it is better for people to wait 2 days to take their dog to the vet then this is a disgusting practice
