My cat is currently being investigated for a mass growing in her throat. This company are absolutely appalling. Standard claims take 6-8 weeks to even be looked at and if your pet needs a referral for the same condition there will be another 6-8 week delay in assessment.

Everything on their website is an absolute lie. Customer service is appalling, claim assessment times are out of control.

I will be sending a complaint to the FCA as I’m so angry that I’m having to deal with a sick pet and an awful insurance company. AVOID!
