Disgusting behaviour from this company! Horse euthanised with small intestine twists given virtually no chance of survival. Surgeon gave option of surgery at 10% chance of success due to severity. Petplan refuses to settle the insured death/loss of use as not everything was tried. Shyster company to be avoided!!!
