The cover seemed decent, and reviews pretty good so I chose this company to insure my dogs. 1 year later, the only changes are that the younger dog is now neutered. I have made no claim on the insurance.Yet the renewal price has gone up drastically. Customer service has been poor. No justifiable explanation for the increase, just the same copy paste response, and unacceptable response times. Only way to drop the price is to lower their cover, or increase the excess. Will not be renewing, its j7st greedy, profiteering off people's love for their pets, but making insurance unaffordable at a time when folk are struggling to pay bills as it is. Would not recommend.
