Really poor communication and having confirmed my dog was insured (I was sent insurance documents) I received a letter 1.5 months later to advise that he couldn’t be insured with them and it had taken them that long to let me know! The vet advised that the reasons they gave were unjustified and conditions stated were not applicable to my dog . I do not recommend Sainsbury’s pet insurance.
