Our dog had an ear infection when we took her for her first check at 11 weeks. So we understand this is classed as existing illness no problem. She is now over 2 and is now having injections for allergies. She is biting her feet. We have claimed and are stating she had this at 11 weeks????
Ridiculous. We’ve paid over a £1000 in insurance never claimed a penny and now they are doing anything not to pay us and it isn’t even that much. Imagine if you wanted a big claim. I will definitely be changing insurance just on principle
