Dishonest insurance company , keep changing their policy or refusing to honour what's in print .unhelpful and as a customer for about 17 years I'm so disappointed in your promises on paper as well as constant monthly fee increase .you never used to be like this until a few years ago. Maybe you know when a pet ages the owner is unlikely to change insurance provider. I'm leaving this review to warn any one tempted by the jargon in the insurance to not sign up and go elsewhere
