Absolutely awful 😖 I have had nothing but problems with Sainsbury Insurance. Be aware the part where the policy states pays out the purchase price for death from Acident or illness this only applies if your dog is under 9 years and in some breeds 5 years (considering a majority of older dogs die of illness). They are happy to take your money but are a nightmare to pay out. Policy conditions are not that clear when you are trying to claim. please look elsewhere its upsetting enough when your animals are poorly or pass away x
