I took out insurance for my cat when I got him 2 years ago. Unfortunately I had to claim quite quickly but I could not fault Bought By Many. They were great. Paid out really quickly and no hassle.
It appears that the company has expanded too quickly. I made a claim 5 weeks ago. I rang to chase it and learned they hadn’t even bothered to contact my vet. So likely to wait another couple of weeks at least. My cat needs more treatment which I need to pay for in the meantime. I would no longer recommend this company.
