Morally corrupt company who do not have your pets health at the forefront of their core values. Finding ways of not paying out against policies is their main aim. They literally will manipulate the smallest of comments to their advantage with not one thought about your pets well-being. Try and find a more reputable insurer if you can! P.s. They do have a great PR team though!!!
