Just wish I'd seen these reviews before buying...

Totally useless customer service, asked for details that had been sent 3 times already just to waste time before paying out on a claim.

Finally got paid with about 8 difference parts of the claim being rejected e.g "you can only claim for that if you're dog is over 8 years old" regardless of what an actual vet has said was required.

Very rude complaints and customer service people.

Will never use admiral again.
