Deterioration of service since rebrand to Many Pets

As many other customer appear to be noticing, this company seem to have gone through a huge downgrade since rebranding. Under Bought By Many, the customer service was impeccable, claims paid almost instantly, fantastic price, really couldn't complain. However since being rebranded to Many Pets I have had nothing but issues. Currently have had a claim in for over a month, but the communication is atrocious. Every email is ignored (and I have sent 8 now), when I finally manage to speak to customer services they seem to have little knowledge of what is going on. I was told the delay was due to my vet, however speaking to my vet I discovered they sent the information on the day it was requested. I then provided information for my cat's previous practice and 2 weeks later Many Pets hadn't even bothered to contact them for his history.

In addition, I am yet to receive my renewal but there is an influx of reviews on Trust Pilot saying the renewals are rising by 50% and above this year, which on top of the reduction in customer service levels and the increase in claim times will make the company unusable.

It's hugely disappointing because I had recommended Bought By Many to numerous new owners, however with the change to Many Pets it looks like I will be taking my business elsewhere.
