I cannot fault this insurance company. We have recently had to claim. It was simple and easy. The sign up was just as easy and the insurance documents were concise and free from jargon. We lost one of our pets in December. I only bucked up the courage to call in March, to cancel the policy. My call handler was so understanding and sympathetic. I even got a condolence card, signed by all the staff, with a pack of forget me not seeds. It means a lot that the company aren’t just about insurance. They realise how precious our pets are.
