Initially I was frustrated and how much the policy increased but that seems to have levelled off now.
I’ve been impressed with how the claims have been settled without questioning I just think it could be quicker. Last claim was about 4 weeks I think.
It would also be easier if the claims could be dealt with direct with the vet, I think some insurers do this and I’d probably look for this in the future.
