I'm so glad we chose BBM. Unfortunately, our 7-month-old setter Hans was diagnosed with Lymphoma. I almost didn't take insurance out but inevitably so glad we did as it would have left us making some very difficult decisions. Both our local vets and the veterinary hospital were happy to deal with BBM directly which meant we didn't have the added stress of organising any payment or having to foot the bills in the first instance. BBM dealt with the claims directly with the vets so we never had to answer any difficult questions and every claim was paid out promptly without any qualms. One thing that was also very comforting was the video consultation service that was included with the policy, we called on 3 occasions, even as late as midnight and it gave us much-needed reassurance on Hans condition. It was an awful time and we just want to say to the staff at BBM, thank you so much, we miss him a lot but we feel so grateful that he was given the best chance possible.
