Submitted a claim at the beginning of December for a tooth removal caused by damage. No contact from Tesco on this, and I had to chase them for updates to then be told over the phone they had declined the claim. No formal notification from them on this, still. They weren’t happy with the vets explanation and they wanted more. We are nearly two months on, still no further forward, and it feels like they are bullying the vet to give the answer they want to hear so they can decline the claim again. I have used Tesco Pet Insurance for years, but after this is settled, I will cancel the policy and I will never use them again.
