Why have you let me down so badly..copy of Reviews... AFTER MANY YEARS OF EXCELLENT SERVICE ..ITS EMBARRASSING TO HAVE WRITE THIS REVIEW!!
Complete nightmare, I’m so disappointed and extremely traumatised with BBM !! This is second review for same claim on multi policy...
FIRST REVIEW..
Complete mix up with policy excess’s for 2 of pets on multi policy, repeated emails with wrong pets name relating to claim. In fact the 3 pets treated for same condition the claims were mixed up!! Customer service team excellent when spoken to just very distressing when I’ve been so happy with you before.
SECOND REVIEW..
To add insult to injury I received email to say they were taking £132.75 on my Direct Debit when it should be £106, they’ve also taken 2 other payments. Called this morning nobody knows or can help me ....cut off during call had to call back...
Over many years I’ve never had a problem with BBM until I added 3 more dogs to multi policy, everything that could have gone wrong has, I’m so angry. If I’d not had a claim I’d be cancelling policy’s for all 4 pets!! My vet is fed up with requests for different pets several times and the wrong pets details, told to ignore emails they’d put wrong name. I’d sincerely think twice before taking out policy with BBM unless you want a nervous breakdown!!!
