Cat has £40 arthritus medication per month. I knew I would not get it paid for until after the £120 excess had been reached. Turns out because it is per condition per insurance year, I have to carry on until the excess limit has been reached again before I claim. So £240 excess then, in effect. Then I can get a couple of claims in, before the new insurance year clicks in, and the whole sorry saga continues. 'Helpline' is rubbish. One hour on the phone on hold, call handler couldn't cancel the insurance but would put me through. 10 mins on hold again, to be told I could have a callback by pressing no 1 on keypad. This just cut me off. So, no payment, and no service. Just there to take your money, and mess you around trying to get any of it back by finding multiple exclusions that aren't obvious.
