I asked for the lifetime policy for our new kitten to commence on January the 3rd 2022, the day he comes to live with us. In their zeal to be good insurance providers, they have debited my account with TWO monthly payments starting in December.
Not really a very good start to our relationship. On the bright side . . things can only get better!
