Wish I could give no stars. Only registered my dog in August 2021 and had to make a claim in November 2021 for a tumour found on my dog’s chest. My vet has had many problems using their portal after I had registered my claim. I have had problems using their telephony system (IVR not recognising key presses) trying to progress the claim I thought was in progress. I would not recommend them at all and have said I will cancel and pay my vet the balance rather than continue with them!
