I have 2 dogs registered with Vetsure, my vets put in my claim, and I receive an email detailing the claim, I fill in what is necessary and few days later, my claim is settled. I needed to give further details regarding one of my dogs, I telephoned and spoken to a very professional lady, and needed further help and assistance and received another call from another equally professional caring lady, claim dealt with with no fuss.
