Avoid at all costs

Absolutely awful experience with PDSA, emailed our first ever claim in September. They denied receiving it 3 times. Secured confirmation of receipt 10 days ago only to follow up today and be told the claim hasn’t been looked at. I agree with other observations from commenters and believe this is a tactic to avoid paying claims. Every person I’ve spoken too was unhelpful and clearly working from home on mobile phones with very poor connection/signal. PDSA customer care and service is non existent . I wish I’d read the reviews before I embarked on taking out insurance with these scammers !
