Bought by many are just out to fill their pockets with customers hard earned cash, on 2 occasions I have had to go to bought by many for issues relating to my pets, and both times they took over 6 weeks to deal with them. Then they didn't pay out took 9 weeks on the last one, to get everyone involved to write reports on the dog and get information from previous vets, and having gone back to my vets and the dog behaviourist on many occasion, for then to turn around and say no we are not covering the claim, this could have been done in the first week, but they dragged the feet, and said we don't pre agree claims, so because of this and their ridiculous rules,I had to fork out £3600, because the insurance advertised the action in their literature but when it comes to it, they refuse to pay out, because its gonna cost them thousands and it eats in to their profits, SO MY ADVICE IS AVOID AND GO ELSE WHERE
