Terrible.. do not take our pet insurance!!!

Awful. Website states 10 days fir claim to be assessed.. it took 60…

Declined came due a technical policy wording.. I contacted admiral prior to carrying on treatment that I the condition was covered and she said yes.. when claim actually went in got declined!

Manager call backs take a week!!

Customer service was awful.. very defensive of their company. And didn’t see a problem in 6 times the amount of assessment time that it took. (Service advisor stated 10 days is just a guide)

One you complain it take 3 days for the complain to be received by the complaints department..

I have today started to chase up a claim with Admiral. They are denying that my vet has sent them the forms which I know not to be true. They knew the name of the vets without me ever having told them or been asked by them for that information previously. This is the first claim I have made since I got Percy the dog, so how did they have this knowledge without seeing aforesaid claim forms??? Just stalling with delaying payment being the goal I feel but will keep you abreast of developments
