We were with Tesco’s for years and had not claimed. Our Labrador became poorly and we had to make a claim. Excellent customer service and claim settled easily. Then on renewal, the premium more than doubled which covered the amount of claim. What on earth is the point! Cancelled immediately. Poor poor poor!
