For your own sanity do not insure your pet with admiral. My two pets was insured on lifetime cover on renewal I have removed one of these pets as I had to make a claim for the other and was met with the most disrespectful distrust obnoxious and difficult claim service you could ever come across for pet insurance.
I care for 7 dogs 6 are insured with other insurers and I have never come across difficulty when making claims and not just a claim but the continuation of the same claim with admiral, they build brick walls to prevent payment where possible even though it's the same vet the same condition that's the whole point of lifetime cover.
I wish my 7th pet was not in the claim process and I was able to move her to another insurer to prevent my own sanity from being further destroyed by admiral.
