Initial premiums are great £5.20 for kitten in 2006....cat now 15yrs old premium increased this year by 38% this year to £64 per month, from £46 last year.
They did the same with our old greyhound, in his last year aged 14 his premium was £300 per month up from £228 the previous yr....it was more than my mortgage payments!!

I did switch all other cats to Petplan, except this one because of her age...but even bought by many's quote is better AND the amount you are insured for is re-instated each yr, whereas Sainsburys is a 'per condition" limit.....our other cat ran up approx £10k bill in 15mths for multiple conditions, his Sainsburys pet insurance premiums were just as high too.
