I'm genuinely blown away by how poor the service has been from Animal Friends. They will basically do and say anything to avoid paying out. Initially they refused our claim saying that is was a pre-existing condition based on a note in our dog's file dating back to her 12 week puppy check. The condition was absolutely not pre-exisiting!! I queried this with Animal Friends who said they would be able to approve the claim if i could get a note from the vet confirming that the note in question was not an indication of this being a pre-existing condition. I obtained this note, but Animal Friends declined again so i also obtained further confirmation from an independent 3rd party specialist vet (The Ralph in Marlow) who also confirmed this note was not an indication of a pre-existing condition however Animal Friends declined again stating that and i quote "we have chosen to take the note to mean that"
Avoid this company like the plague !!!
