What I think


Policy originally easy to set up and competitively priced. Could do with an email system for claims notification/ processing.
As it is you can notify via email, company then send a claim form that has to be printed out and completed by hand before being passed to the vet to complete their part.
Little or no communication to follow up or inform that claim forms had been received and being reviewed. Long time to settle on this occasion and I had to chase, as the bill landed before the payout was made.
