Our 3 year old Cocker Spaniel was diagnosed with a serious heart condition in March 2021 and given only a few months to live which was a shock. The vets bills mounted quickly as she required intensive care before being let home with expensive medications to try to slow the process but she succumbed in May 2021quite suddenly. The staff at More Than pet insurance with whom I spoke to a different times during her illness, were compassionate, understanding and helpful and settled directly with the vets. All invoices were settled quickly which took away some of the stress at this difficult time. Highly recommended and we have our Dalmatian also insured with this company.
