My advice, should you with to take it, is never deal with this company.
My pug (Tilly) had an eye problem and once resolved they have refused to insure again for eye issues ( Im told this is standard practice - so beit)
The current issue is Tilly (age 13) has a urinary infection and we have spent in excess of £400 in vets fees. Animal Friends (AF) insist they will not deal with me but the claim has to come from the vets practice, (that has been done at a cost of £20 ) AF now insits that they need Tilly history prior to changing vets in 2016, that practice has now closed and current vet cannot provide any further details - as a consequnce stalemate and no settlement of my claim
