After being caught out by pet insurance before i was very concerned when my pup developed a limp which i feared would be costly. I spoke to animal friends once i knew treatment was needed past initial consult, they were very helpful and sympathetic. I did have a query on the claim but that was sorted very quickly and the cost for the treatment was paid. I am so relieved, the only shame is due to my previous issues with pet insurance is i didnt take a lifetime policy or higher level of coverage, animal friends have been very good and i am likely to stay with them.
